Challenge

ZEDRA is a global provider of wealth management services. Driven by values of integrity, fairness, and inclusivity, ZEDRA wanted to enhance its engagement with sustainability and respond to evolving expectations from clients and stakeholders regarding its approach to financial, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors.

The pressing question was: How could ZEDRA develop a robust sustainability strategy that aligns with its core values and meets the growing demands of its diverse stakeholders?

Solution

To address this challenge, ZEDRA partnered with Muuvment, leveraging their expertise in creating impactful sustainability programs. 3B Impact, the advisory arm for Muuvment, conducted an initial materiality assessment to identify and prioritize key ESG topics relevant to ZEDRA.

This assessment included mapping existing sustainability efforts, analyzing internal and external practices, and evaluating risks and opportunities. Muuvment and 3B Impact advisors then ran a series of consensus-building workshops with the senior management, resulting in the development of a corporate Sustainability Strategy and a three-year roadmap.

ZEDRA then commissioned Muuvment to design an online sustainability training course for all staff to ensure the strategy was effectively embedded within the organization.
