Muuvment Fund Selector / The actual workflow

How Fund Selector works.

See how Muuvment Fund Selector turns your client’s needs into relevant fund options, then prepares the reasoning in a report you can review and share with them.

01 / Client context

Start with the client.

Link the research to a client from the first step. Find new funds or start with an existing fund to look for comparable alternatives.

02 / Search criteria

Describe the need. Check the criteria.

Describe what the client needs in plain language. AI translates that request into filters such as risk, asset class and geography, which the advisor can check and adjust.

Watch this moment 1:38–1:46
03 / Scoring

See why a fund ranks.

A rules-based scoring engine ranks eligible funds. Open the score breakdown to see how each measure contributes, so advisors can inspect the reasoning behind the shortlist.

Watch this moment 2:28–2:36
04 / Refinement

Test alternatives. See what changes.

Change the geography, investment style or asset class in the same conversation. Re-run the scoring and compare the results before deciding what belongs on the shortlist.

Watch this moment 3:15–3:23
05 / Exclusions

Record why a fund is ruled out.

An advisor can exclude a fund and record the reason. That decision is carried into the report, and the next scoring run leaves the excluded fund out.

Watch this moment 3:51–3:59
06 / Review

Drafted by AI. Confirmed by the advisor.

The conversation becomes a draft recommendation rationale. Answer follow-up questions, request changes and confirm the wording before the report is prepared.

Total cost reporting

Explain the work
behind the advice.

Total cost reporting (TCR) makes fund fees and trading expenses more visible to clients.

A detailed KYP record helps explain which alternatives were considered, why a fund was selected and the work behind the advice.

Fund Selector supports this conversation. It does not replace the required annual cost report or establish suitability.

Reporting dates, scope and source

The enhancements took effect on 1 January 2026, with the first enhanced annual reports covering the year ending 31 December 2026 and reaching clients in 2027. Reports include a fund expense percentage for each fund and aggregate annual fund expenses in dollars.

Cost comparisons depend on the data and product coverage enabled for your firm.
